This website introduces Homefront’s homeowner inquiry and referral-coordination support. Information is general and does not constitute an inspection, professional assessment, binding estimate, offer of construction services or project contract.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a project agreement, reserve an appointment or guarantee a provider, response time, price, approval or outcome. Any scope, service, responsibilities, schedule and payment terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
2. Independent providers and your choices
Homefront is not the contractor performing referred work. Independent providers are responsible for their own work, credentials, insurance, availability, pricing and contracts. Verify any relevant qualifications and agree terms directly before hiring.
An introduction is a separate decision and is not a warranty or guarantee of a provider’s performance. We seek approval before sharing project details for a proposed introduction. SMS permission is not transferred for third-party marketing.
3. Contact forms and communication preferences
The default portable forms prepare email drafts; they do not send automatically. If hosted online submission is enabled, a recording reference means the request was stored—not that an email was delivered or a service booked.
SMS is optional, pending activation and governed by the SMS Terms. A website inquiry does not authorize email marketing or automated calls. Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry and preference handling.
Do not use this website or its communication channels for emergencies, unlawful requests, impersonation or sharing information you are not authorized to provide.
4. Website content and availability
We aim to keep information useful and clear, but availability and details may change. Confirm material information directly before relying on it for a project decision. Website access and message delivery may be interrupted.
